The limit of hazardous items is 2 (two) per package. The number of non-hazardous items per package is not limited.

P. O. box shipping
PRAIMY will not ship to P.O. box addresses. We are unable to offer courier services to these locations.
Military address shipping
We can ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer this service using courier services.
Shipping destination
We ship both locally (in the US), and worldwide.
Processing time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt. Processing time does not include weekend days or federal holidays.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Orders with a 2-days Fast Shipping Method will be processed and shipped the same day if received by 11 a.m. EST.
2-days Fast Shipping (next-day or 2-day delivery) orders ship the same day if received by 11 a.m. EST.
If an order is received after 11 a.m. EST, it will be processed the following business day. We guarantee transit times for 2-days Fast Shipping except in cases of acts of weather or incorrect shipping addresses.
PLEASE NOTE, FAST DELIVERY ORDERS MAY REQUIRE A SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY.

Transit time
Generally, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 – 5 days.
Transit times are calculated as Monday through Friday and do not include the ship day, weekend days, or federal holidays.

For clients located in US Territories, please contact us to place an order. Before processing your order, we will be able to inform you of any customs and shipping fees.
PRAIMY is not responsible for any shipment delays due to weight problems, weather, customs, or any other circumstance beyond our reasonable control.
In most cases, products are delivered to the destination address. However, in some cases, you might be required to personally pick up the purchased items from local authorities.
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 7 – 15 days.
This varies depending on the location, courier, customs procedures, and other factors beyond our control.

All pre-order items are shipped and delivered within 25 – 30 days after placing an order.
Our warehouse operates Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays when the warehouse will be closed.
We make efforts to minimize shipment delays in these cases.
We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our Website but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy.
If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await an out-of-stock item.
There are situations where we cannot fulfill all the items in your purchase at once. In those instances, we will ship the orders separately and provide multiple tracking numbers to you via email.
We can change the address any time before the order has been dispatched. Contact us to change the delivery address.
Please note that international shipping to certain countries or territories is subject to delivery restrictions, and not all items can be shipped to all countries or territories. Restrictions can be related to local/state laws and statutes, hazmat materials, or PRAIMY policy.

We will not accept your order made to these countries/regions. If you placed an order and changed the delivery address to the forbidden jurisdiction, we will cancel your order without prior notification or a refund.
If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time and you did not receive your order despite being provided with tracking numbers, please contact us within 14 days to resolve the issue.
We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders shipped to and within Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York & Wisconsin.
If applicable, sales tax will be assessed on the total purchase, including shipping and handling charges. If you have other questions regarding sales tax, please feel free to contact us.
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country.
This varies from country to country, and PRAIMY encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.
These funds are neither paid to PRAIMY nor are they set by PRAIMY rather they are paid to and set by your home country’s government as per import/export regulations.
International customers are responsible for any government-imposed customs, taxes, and levies for the relevant product purchase.
IF YOUR DOMESTIC REGULATIONS, INCLUDING CUSTOMER PROTECTION LAWS, REQUIRE US TO PROVIDE YOU WITH THE EXHAUSTIVE INFORMATION ON ALL CUSTOMS, TAXES, AND LEVIES FOR THE RELEVANT PRODUCT PURCHASE, PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE PLACING ANY ORDERS FOR THE GOODS VIA THE WEBSITE. IN SUCH CASES, THE DELIVERY TERMS MAY BE CHANGED TILL THE CLARIFICATION OF ALL MATTERS ON THAT REGARD, AND THE MENTIONED DUTIES WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE GOODS YOU ORDERED.
PLEASE PAY ATTENTION THAT PRAIMY DOES NOT REFUND ANY FEES OR COSTS FOR ANY INTERNATIONAL ORDER CONFISCATED BY CUSTOMS OR ANOTHER GOVERNMENT AGENCY.
Due to the complex and ever-changing customs policies, which vary widely from country to country, we cannot guarantee that your country permits importing the items you ordered.
Therefore, it is important that you first become familiar with your country’s customs laws and contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to the products before placing an order with PRAIMY.
Packages are marked with the value of the item as paid by the customer in legal accordance with international postal regulations.
We do not mark packages as a gift.

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be abandoned, destroyed, or returned to the shipper at your expense and there will be no refund issued.

You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing the order if you change your mind for any reason.

PRAIMY uses third-party logistics services and is not responsible for lost or stolen goods once they are shipped.
PRAIMY will not honor any claims for lost or stolen items once they are shipped and have been confirmed: “Delivered”.
Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking link from which you can follow the progress of your shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
